A great new addition to the Harry Potter games series
12 March 2012
Excerpt: After playing Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and enjoying it, when the new Harry Potter film came out along with a new PS2 game, I bought it in a special offer that was happening within a GAME store.
Good for die hard potter fans. Not for your average gamer.

Excerpt: I have been a fan of Harry Potter for a long time and have owned all of the Harry Potter games so far. What I loved about the previous 3 games was the fact that you got to explore the castle. This game however scraps that idea and instead makes this game level based.
Not as good as one or two of the others but worth it if you have an eyetoy camera

Excerpt: This game is a bit of a mixed bag and quite different to other harry potter games. As should be obvious the game accompanies the harry potter book by the same title (or perhaps more specifically the film, because the characters in the game are based on the actors in the film series).
If you still play PS2 alot and want a week or two of harmless fun this game is definately worth buyi

Excerpt: Its always nice to act out movies and this game was no exception. TRUTH TO MOVIE The game was very true to the movie and only added those extra bits of action and sub missions needed to pad out a game to make it long enough to be playable, most of which could easily have taken place within the plot...
Summary: After reading all of the reviews I was very skeptical about how good this game would be but i figured i have the others so might as well try this one - although i dont think it is maybe as good as the first three games in some parts there are parts of this which are better.
Summary: Finally a great Harry Potter game! Goblet of Fire is really fun, much more exciting and magical than the previous versions, and much closer to the movie - the characters actually look like the actors. If you're into the books or movies - or have kids that are, i seriously recommend this.
Summary: There have been more anti than pro reviews for this game. I haven't tried the multi-player mode, but as a single player game it really isn't that bad. So it's a platform, with five levels, plus some extras and yes, you do have to go back several times to each level to collect shields .....
Summary: Excellent graphics and the lifespan of Harry is good too. I am 11 years old and this game would be suitable for 7 years and over. The levels are hard but exciting. One of the greatest games I have got!
