Summary: I bought this game as a gift for my daughter. We were given a time frame of 4-6 weeks for delivery.I received the product a week earlier than expected. Obviously, my daughter was ecstatic. However, her enthusiasm was short lived. All thee PS2's in our home would not play the game. Two of the PS2's are brand new. We put in a few other games to make sure the consoles were in working order, and we had no difficulties with any of the other games.
Summary: I thought this game was brillent althought you can't run around in the school like in the other games it was really fun and if not verey good at video games its not that hard but if you are really good at video games it's still kind of challgeing so i hope you at least try the game.
A great new addition to the Harry Potter games series

Excerpt: After playing Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and enjoying it, when the new Harry Potter film came out along with a new PS2 game, I bought it in a special offer that was happening within a GAME store. I thought it would be the same as the previous game, and it was slightly the similar however there are a lot of new features included with slightly different gameplay than the last.
Summary: I recently started playing the Harry Potter games; CoS and PoA were pretty fun, but Goblet of Fire was kind of boring and confusing. You don't get to run around Hogwarts like you usually do, you're just set to do tasks like seeking spell books, looking for things to complete a collection and mini-games. There are very few mini-scene movies, which makes the game even more of a bore.
Excerpt: I got this game as a birthday present a couple of years back and I only played it the other day for the first time. As the title states, it's entertaining but then it gets tricky. Gameplay/Playability Like with most games, it starts off simple and gets more difficult as the game progresses. The problem with this game is it goes from easy to difficult without much warning. The game is split up into different sections which are in order of what happens in the film.
Excerpt: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is an action game for the Playstation 2 This game is based on the fourth novel in J.K Rowlings Harry Potter series and follows Harry on his fourth year through Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. The game covers the basic plot of the film as it see's Harrys name come out from the Goblet of Fire so he is required to participate in the epic wizarding event which is called the Tri Wizard Tournament.
Good for die hard potter fans. Not for your average gamer.

Excerpt: I have been a fan of Harry Potter for a long time and have owned all of the Harry Potter games so far. What I loved about the previous 3 games was the fact that you got to explore the castle. This game however scraps that idea and instead makes this game level based. The story is pretty much this: You play as Harry Potter and his 2 friends who attend Hogwarts a school for young witches and wizzards.
Not as good as one or two of the others but worth it if you have an eyetoy camera

Excerpt: This game is a bit of a mixed bag and quite different to other harry potter games. As should be obvious the game accompanies the harry potter book by the same title (or perhaps more specifically the film, because the characters in the game are based on the actors in the film series). The one player mode on this harry potter game is different to other harry potter games because it is mission based.
