Summary: Hardware is a good game for online play it has good graphics and the action is real time fast paced and haert raceing but if you don't have internet conection like i did (but not now) there is a training area which holds all of the levels in the game and holds a small range of other bots. However the arenas are on the small side but it's not to long before you encounter an enemy.
Summary: the perfect way to describe "hardware online arena" with plenty of opponents online at any given time you'll make general in no time. you have a choice of four tanks or four off road type vehicles. the tanks are slower yet have superior armour compared to the jeeps. however the jeeps have a roof mounted machine gun where the tanks have the usual cannons.
Summary: I took part in the european beta trials for this game and loved it. Fast action driving shoot-em-up. Great to kill 15mins as a stress buster or hours of onlien fun. In game voice is great fun also!
Summary: I played this at the playstation experience at the end of august and I just kept on coming back to it because it was so fun. Yu can choose from 8 different vehicles - 4 are light weight buggy jeep things and 4 are heavy armoured tanks and also you can download more when the ps2 hard drive comes out! 3 of the 5 levels were there and they are all pretty massive and detailed nicely. there is no lag in the online matches which is great(since there can be 16 players at once).
Summary: HARDWARE:ONLINE ARENA is a great multiplayer game. Choose either a jeep or a tank and go to war. Drive around and pickup powerups for your secondary weapon. If you have your ps2 online, this is a great game.
Summary: This is a great game, much better than twisted meta black online and a refreshing change to stealth in Socom. The game features 5 levels; Quarry, Area 51, Mayan City, Arctic and Ruins. There are 4 game modes; Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, King on the Hill and Team king of the hill.
Summary: Hardware: Online Arena is the first game of it's class to be developed by Sony's European studios. Primarily an online game it features multiplayer vehicular combat in a set of modes. Play in one of a variety of heavy weight tanks or a nippy wheeled vehicles in deathmatch or capture games each with free for all or team variants. The game has an arcade feel to it with immediate pick up and play reward.
Summary: Hardware: Online Arena is a good game however it suffers from one thing games in its genre always suffer from; short longetivity. Whilst it's fun, especially with its online capabilities this, in my opinion, is its saving feature. The action online is mad and hugely consuming. Fast reactions and nimble thumbs it what it takes. Overall an slightly disappointing game but hughly playable online hence the 4/5.
