Summary: When i first got this game, i was expecting it to be an old fashioned guitar hero game like Aerosmith which i got for my birthday the year before. Rock the eightys was pretty cool with the songs. I haven't played this game in a while so i don't remember much.
Pros: I love the song choices and the last song is amazing!!!!!
Cons: I don't like how you have to complete a certain difficulty to unlock guitars and outfits...I unlocked it all but it's not that easy for everyone, especially beginners. But it's still an awesome game
Summary: Let me start out by saying that, instead of being a full on sequel, Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80's is more of an expansion pack to Guitar Hero II, therefore it lags behind in some areas. One of those areas is the ammount of songs. Where GH2 has over 50 songs, Encore only has about 20.
Summary: I first played this game at my partners house with his younger sibling, some of the songs i just couldn't get out of my head, and the game made me so competitive to improve my own personal high scores and my partners :) the songs range well between difficulty levels and the game is easy to pick up...
Excerpt: It may just be because I am a huge fan of 80's music, but I think this game rocks. I am borrowing Guitar Hero: Rocks the 80's from my sister right now and after I give it back I may just have to buy it for us. IT is that much fun to play. When I play this game, it brings back memories.
