Players can enjoy the game in single player or multiplayer modes.

The game is a simple 2D game that has the funniest of characters and a lot of options that enables players to have a customized game. Players can get the power to control characters a total of 20 different choices. The whole game environment gives a detailed feel with weather changes and awesome animation. The game also boasts 9 different game modes namely: Medal gauge, vs. 2p, vs. CPU, arcade, survival, mission, training, story and gallery. There are also aerial battles that players can take advantage. GGX2 also has the Guilty Gear series’ infamous Gauge meter that lets explosions occupy the whole screen. Ultrareaslitic – definitely!
