  • Excerpt: The main feature that adds depth to Guilty Gear X is the damage system. Unlike titles where a move will do a set amount of damage each time you perform it, GGX uses an adjustable scale. The first factor is who your opponent is. It seems that some characters are more susceptible to certain attacks than others. The damage difference can vary upwards or downwards as much as 15%, which means developing a separate attack plan for each enemy will give you a distinct advantage.
