Golden Eye - Rogue Agent (PS2): Goldeneye: Rogue Agent
19 August 2011
Summary: Goldeneye: Rogue Agent is a first-person shooter game developed by EA Games for the Playstation 2 in 2004. It is a game in the James Bond series, whose plot borrows heavily from many of the films, bringing in many locations and characters from various films. You play Goldeneye, an ex-MI6 agent who has gone rogue (this may or may not be James Bond), who has been recruited by master criminal Auric Goldfinger to take down his rival Dr No.
Pros: Good plot, graphics and gameplay, many references to the films
Cons: Checkpoints sometimes too far apart making it very frustrating if you die
Golden Eye - Rogue Agent (PS2): Dr No vs Goldfinger!

Summary: Goldeneye Rogue Agent is a shooter for the Playstation 2 developed by EA games. Your character is a failed MI6 Recruit as he ends up killing the legendary James Bond in a simulation so he joins up with Goldfinger instead! The game has a bit of a messed up story which pits Goldfinger against Doctor No in a supervillian fight and mixes in a handful of James Bond characters from Xenia Onnatop, Pussy Galore and Scaramanga.
Pros: Interesting concept, good gunplay, duel wield weapons, golden eye powers
GoldenEye is just another great Bond game for the PS2!

Summary: After having really liked the James Bond games previous to this I couldn't wait to try it. Golden Eye - Rogue agent really is an excellent game that is full of as much excitement as there ever was in a James Bond game! Once again it is full of some great new features that will keep you well and truly entertained. The game itself is once again an action game that really did in my opinion live up to its expectations.
Pros: Very customisable multiplayer feature and good graphics.
Cons: Overall I didn't enjoy it as much as previous Bond games.
Excerpt: "...success of Rare's N64 classic. GoldenEye: Rogue Agent is best described as a spiritual sequel, though the changes go far beyond the simple switch in development teams. For starters, you're not Bond -- you play a bad guy, a rogue agent who's been kicked out of MI6 for excessive brutality. He's got some major baggage, too. Dr. No took out his right eye, and our rogue agent is not a big believer in forgiveness. Luckily, international super-criminal ...
Summary: As the name suggests this is another chapter of the James Bond series, travelling through different levels trying to achieve the goal of finising off the war lord. The game has made use of very good graphics and special effects in which there is no two scenes the same.Very much in line with the other Bond games but these type of games can be turned off and put out of your mind unlike some other platform games where you stay up all night trying to achieve the next level.Its...
Pros: easy game,no thinking, play as you please, not as demanding as other plat form games
