Summary: I like to play driving games the only thing i didn't like was you couldn't save the game once you had entered into the practice/qualification and race which could take quite a few hours. Other than that the driving experience is good. I would only recomend this game if you have enough time to finish after you have started.
Summary: F1 06 is great game and a large step forward over the poor F1 05. Better features include... ...Much better and realistic crash damage where retirement can be caused by crashing into another car or wall and even a softer collision can result in damage meaning there is an incentive not to crash your car into objects unlike F1 05 where you had to deliberatly crash your car into a wall at high speed to even slightly damage your car. ..
Excerpt: This is certainly a love or hate game. If you love F1, this game will appeal to you, but if it bores you rigid, then so will this game. I'm a bit late with the review, with its releases an entire 2 years ago, but I thought I could at least share my 'self-appraised' wisdom! F1 '06 is a good and realistic game, and is the only official game of its kind.
Summary: After the start of the 2008 Formula One season, i felt a need to find this game of my shelf and stick it back in the old PS2. I immediately started a new career, on hard difficulty, and got myself a first driver slot at Torro Rosso. So I head to Bahrain, and manage to find a perfect set up for the car, and qualify first in Q1, Q2. So heading into Q3, i choose my strategy (doing half race distance), and i choose to stop just shy of half distance.
