great game for fans of customization in wrestling games
30 September 2013
Summary: I first got into the Fire Pro series on the Dreamcast with Fire Pro D. Naturally, it became a hastle to go through menus almost completely in japanese. When I found out about Fire Pro coming to the states I was excited and I have to tell you I wasn't let down. I noticed that a lot of people tend to complain about the graphics in these games. Its almost like they don't realise that graphics don't always make the game. The customization in this game is second to none.
FIRE PRO WRESTLING RETURNS HAS GOT MORE WWE/WCW/TNA/AWA/ALL JAPAN WRESTLERS THAN A COURT ORDERED DRUG REHAB CENTER!

Summary: If you put me on the witness stand, brother , I cannot tell a lie: Man, do I love me some of this here FIRE PRO WRESTLING RETURNS for the PS2! I've been a fan of this fantastic video game series since the good ol' Sega Saturn days of FIRE PRO WRESTLING: SIX-MAN SCRAMBLE! As fun as that game was, this one's even way better! And the proof is in the pudding: I've been playing and playing and loving this game since the day that it came out!
Summary: There is so much in this game it is unreal. You can create wrestlers & referees among many things. The detail is great. I love the fact that you can have up to 8 people in the ring at once. I like creating my favorite wrestlers from the WWF & WCW days, not to mention the ones from WWE & TNA. There are so many different match modes. You can create titles. The list just goes on. If you like wrestling games, it's well worth the money.
Summary: I purchased this game last spring and MANNN, when they said this was the best pro wrestling game you'll ever buy anywhere, they were as serious as serious can get. This game has more than 300 pro wrestlers and mma fighters with all of them based on real-life wrestlers and fighters! Of course the folks at Agetec and Spike had to change the names due to copyright reasons, but you can give them there real names if you want.
Summary: Picked this up at a local game shop used for 5 bux. Was incredibly excited after reading all the great things I had about this game. Bottom line is you can have all the options & creativity you want but if the game ain't fun it ain't fun. Game play for in ring action on this is horrible. There is a blend of styles & you will see different characters use a very wide variety if moves. Good luck figuring out how to do them yourself tho.
Summary: Fire pro is great wrestling game. It has a ton of great modes that blow WWE games out of the water. In terms of graphics, dont expect a masterpiece, the game uses sprites and do a good job. Gameplay and modes is where this game really shines. For casual (pick up and play) gamers this my not appeal, as controls take time and patience to master.
