Summary: I had high hopes for this game, but in the end I was disappointed. The combat system does everything for you and the story is very dull for a Final Fantasy game, lacking the epic build up of previous games in the franchise.
Summary: This game is an excellent game for people who love the series. It has a lot of potential. The battles seem to come faster and harder. It also seems like you don't have anything to start with. In other games you do. If you have a lot of time this is a good game for you.
Excerpt: A year has passed since the events of Final Fantasy XII , and Vaan is now a sky pirate with his best friend Penelo as his navigator. After stumbling upon the legendary floating continent of Lemurés, they must defend it from the evils of the outside world.
Summary: As I've stated above this is the worst FF game I've played since FF VIII. There are many different reasons. First there's the story that wasn't interesting at all, than there were the main characters like Vaan and Ashe who I didn't care whether they lived or died.
Summary: I'm not even sure how to start this. I love final fantasy, i've played every game, 1 - 11, and all of the offshoot games, I even played Ehergeiz just so i could fight as Cloud, Vincent, Zack and Tifa. I've enjoyed them all, i honestly have, however i just can't seem to enjoy this game.
Summary: This is a first look at the newest addition to the Final Fantasy series. From the looks of things, it is not going to disappoint. The demo features two different levels. The first is a beachfront setting that brings back fond memories of Final Fantasy X.
Summary: For the first week or so of playing, I absolutely loved this game. There were parts that absolutely enthralled me, such as visiting the grand and very different cities of Rabanastre and Archades and the beautiful floating island of Bhujerba, and it was nice to relax at some of the warm-looking...
Not the best way they could have done a sequel but worth playing nonetheless

Excerpt: This was the first attempt by Square (before it became Square-Enix) to make a direct sequel to one of the Final Fantasy games and it didn't work out too badly. There was mixed reception to the game due to the rather different style to it's predecessor and that throughout the game there remain only...
Not one of the series defining moments, but a fun time-killer

Excerpt: The first Final Fantasy universe to be revisited for a full and direct sequel was that of the popular though divisive tenth game. Though by no means a classic, several common-sense improvements make X-2 a more balanced and enjoyable role-playing experience that fans will get the most from.
