Summary: With previous FIFA releases falling behind its main rivals, this installment was like a breath of fresh air. With new modelling systems the game play was greatly increased. The total authenticy made this title a benchmark for other games. Life like animations such as Roberto Carlos and his deadly free kick or the fast feet of Ryan Giggs and Edgar Davids made this a must-have. Even the critics must have had a few games of this title.
Summary: From the moment the intro sequence starts you know the graphcs are going to be a bit special and this is true throughout the entire game. The only problem is the game play and I guess this to a degree has been true of the entire range and should be no surpirse. But this version really stinks! When defending its almost imposible to select the player you want and when doing a sliding tackle is quite common to see another player miles away slide and not the selected player.
Summary: Before buying FIFA 2003, I had read several articles about it. People had been impressed by its game engine, and had said that it was a completely different and new game from the other FIFA's. So naturally, I expected it to be the best FIFA game yet, but it isn't... GRAPHICS: 18/20 Yes the graphics are superb, players actually look realistic, examples being V. Nistelrooy, Davids, Sheringham, Beckham and many others.
Summary: So, youve read the hype, stood in awe at the screen shots and read the back of the case about what the game promises. Good eh? So you buy the game thinking its going to be the best thing since sliced bread. Not quite though, is it? You see the problem with FIFA 2003 is that it is simply soooo poor to play. Firstly, the AI. A masssive let down simply because there might as well not be any.
Summary: After Buying Fifa 2003 I couldnt wait to win the World Cup or the Premiership, but after a few games I had already broken my controller of the table! Whenever the other team get a corner, their corner taker always gets a perfect cross and your keeper comes out but falls short of getting near the ball and one of their players heads it, slowly into the corner. I was just beaten 3-2 in the World Cup final there, They got 2 goals from these corners.
Summary: I have been a big fan of the previous Fifa games. They have the advantage of having the actual team names over pro evolution games. The game is visually stunning and the running commentry during the game knocks pro evolution for dead. The game controls are also muched improved but the major problem I have found lies with the camera angles. I found that the view either showed the play too close or didn't really showed depth across the pitch.
Summary: This is a good game and the graphics are good and the passing has improved from the last one.The set pieces are a bit hard at first until you get used to them. The camera angles are not the greatest, and the graphics and gameplay are still behind the first Pro Evo so if your gonna buy any get Pro Evo its still miles ahead
Summary: The world's most successful football franchise returns to classic form by focusing on the fundamentals of football. FIFA Football 2003 provides an immersive, authentic experience driven by an ALL NEW game engine. This is football gaming that lives by the rules of the real sport and absorbs the users in a world of detail and culture. FIFA is TOTAL FOOTBALL.
