Summary: EA Sports should be stripped of thier rights to all the teams and KONAMI should have the ability to have The Arsenal instead of North London. If you are under 10 years old and never wathched soccer before then this might be the game for you. A real fan of the beautiful game would be better off getting Winning Eleven. EA lost the plot years ago...I think the last EA game I really enjoyed was FIFA World Cup 98.
Summary: Wow, what a bad soccer game this is. There is so much to complain about about this game. First off, the foul shots. First of all, it is incredibly easy to commit a foul. As long as you do a slide tackle and get the person with the ball, its a foul. And if you are lucky enough to get a foul shot that is close to the goal, you know that circle you use to aim so you can hopefully make a goal, no matter how weak you choose to hit the ball, it goes over the goal post. (?
Summary: This game is sooo awful,im writing to complain to ea sports! graphically good but the game play is just terrible! you can't fairly win a ball back without giving away a free kick. if you lose posession ,there is no way you are catching the guy running off with the ball which is absurd! passing is very twitchy regarding direction! gamespeed is like yawning in church!
Summary: The FIFA series took a HUGE step back with this game. Yes they have a good soundtrack and all the licenses, but the most important aspect, the gameplay is boring, unrealistic, and cartoonish. Passing is almost horrid. Long balls are never accurate and usually will be intercepted and go out of bounds even if youre Zidane. Goalies save everything!!!!Even point blank shots. How annoying. There are many moves but only one works.
Summary: This game is just another badly made game intended to rip you off. gameplay sucks, the only good side about this game is career mode, i'm only giving this game 2 stars because of career mode, but the most important part of the game sucks. the referee sucks : 50% of the times when it should be a corner kick the referee decides goes for a goal kick. when there's a foul just on the line you have to make it like 10 feet away from where it originally was.
Summary: I have been playing FIFA since 98 and I thought they have the best soccer game in the market, but I am wrong. Comparing to Winning eleven 7 or 8, FIFA is way behind. FIFA 2005 just like 2004, you cannot control much from the corner kick or free kick in the box. Just choose from near, far post or driven. Same position all the time. No short corner kick that is very disappointed like last year.
Summary: I am a long time FIFA soccer player. I have every game on PS and PS2 going back to 1998 and some of the older games on Nintendo. This use to be my favorite legacy series of any game out there. Every year it keeps getting worse. I just played 2005 for the first time tonight and what a disappointment. I am an advance player and was shocked to find that the shooting aspect is pathetic. I am outshooting the other team by a 4 to 1 margin and I rarely score.
Summary: My name is Robert Smith and i am a big fan of Real Mallorca, but support Totenham, in England. I have been buying the fifa games for my playstation since 95, that would be almost ten years. I realised a few days ago that over these last ten years nothing really has changed. I decided to get out Fifa 96 which was the oldest one that i had that still worked and much to my surprise i felt like i was playing fifa 2004 but without the cool graphics.
Summary: This game is the suckiest game I have ever played. I am a soccer fan. I watch soccer everyday. But this game SUCKS! This game has sucky faces. When someone scores a goal, he just falls on the ground and he just wave his hand. Also the commentarires STINK. All they do is just say the same thing over and over every game and every game. Even Barney game is better than this SUCKY game. So instead of buying this game, you'd rather buy a Barney game.
