Excerpt: ive had every fifa game there is so far for the ps2 and neither of them lack graphics or lack anything .. i think ea sports have made all the best football games .. in this game you can use your managerial skills, signing sponsors and buying players fifa's top players and boosting team morales i...
Excerpt: This game has often been dubbed the understudy to Pro Evolution Soccer but does it deserve this title? One advantage Fifa has over Pro Evo is that it is fullylicensed- by which I mean that in Pro Evo, famous teams such as Arsenal are replaced by 'West-London', and sometimes with incorrect symbols.
Pros: nice graphics
Cons: still second best to pro evo the king of footy games
Excerpt: A decent crowd and dodgy-looking players aside, there's a Champions League night feel to each match with Clive Tyldesley and Andy Gray providing commentary, with "Ashes" by Embrace a reminder of the MOTD Goal of the Month competition.
Summary: People that keep on comparing Pro evo and Fifa need to stop wasting your time. Each game has great points and bad points. This game currently looks to have improved significantly on last years effort. Congrats EA!
Summary: I have been awaiting this game for ages. From the moment I got started I knew this game was great. When you first play the game you have to play a World 11 (a group of famous footballers). This is way ahead of what was in Fifa 2005. The career mode is so much better as well! Buy this game!
Summary: Having bought Fifa 2006 and played the OPS2 demo of Pro Evo 5, I must say Fifa 2006 surpasses Pro Evo 5 in many aspects. EG: Pro Evo 5's Graphics are chunky and much less realistic than Fifa. Fifa obviously has the advantage of havings all liscensed teams, kits, stadiums etc.
Summary: Well i bought it a couple of months back (yes im writing the review now after playing the game to death)and my feelings were mixed. The gameplay is more or less the same and can get frustrating sometimes. Shooting is real annoying.
Great Game, better than 05...maybe, different ..yes!

Summary: Right, this is a fantastic game, im not going to get involved with the whole fifa/PES debate because i never played a PES game. Good Point: 1. Harder to score 2. Build-up play is longer and makes the games more enjoyable 3. Graphics as good as ever 4. New Manager Mode is great and authentic 5.
