Summary: This game looked really promising but my god it is amazing how something so good can turn to complete crap. STORY: The story is very intriguing for the FIRST HALF of the game as you switch between police trying to investigate a seemingly random murder in a diner and the murderer himself who not only has to dodge the police but must unravel the supernatural events that led to the murder in the first place.
Summary: Thought I'd finally try fahrenheit after remembering there was quite a bit of hype around it on it's release.I have been dissa pointed that it's basically just a movie that requires the player to rapidly press a certain button or perform other mundane tasks and I got bored after about 20 minutes so I've sold it on ebay and managed to get back roughly what I paid for it.3/10
Summary: Yes, this game is more than a game with a good story and gameplay. Its a film experience, the story is very good, the caracters of the game are very well made and credible, the voice acting is top and the music is also good, the soundtracking feets very well in the atmosfere of the game. About 10hours of gameplay, isn't to long but it worth to play this peculiar game and unique in the ps2.
Summary: I remeber this game came out for the Xbox too it was about a guy being framed for a murder he did not really do and so your him and trying to avoid the police. You go to his home and many other area's to try to think what happen to his life and stuff you also are the police at one point to track down him. The good things was the charaters looked great they feel great in this game.
Summary: heavy rain is much better than this game the controls are clunky and the color code mash is sometimes hard to see because of the colors in the cutscene playing behind them i got stuck on part of the game so i went on youtube to figure out how to do it. when I came back to the game it loaded a chapter from hours ago I though "that isn't right" so I checked the chapters, that also failed to recognize the fact I'd played A HELL of a lot more than the early chapter "well I...
Excerpt: FAHRENHEIT Fahrenheit is one of my all time favourite games mainly because it offers gamers something different. The game is a cinematic adventure video game that was developed by Quantic Dream and published by Atari. Fahrenheit has the best opening to a game, it features some of the best gameplay and it has one of the most thrilling and intense storylines.
Pros: An intense and thrilling storyline, superb cinematics and some fantastic sound effects !
Summary: As many know, this is the game made by the makers of Heavy Rain before Heavy Rain and it also bears a similar concept. The story is great and it's worth getting this game for the story only, the graphics are realy good for the PS2 era and this game does try something new. There's a lot of quick-time events and I found that playing the game on normal turns out to be pretty hard, mainly due to the quick-time events not always responding.
Excerpt: I decided to give this game a go after hearing about the new direction the developers were trying to take. To be honest it was a pretty good first try too. Plot: Fahrenheit begins with you killing someone in a restaurants toilet room. After killing the guy, you wake up from a trance like state looking down and seeing what you’ve just committed.
Pros: A new direction in gaming
Cons: Bad controls, poor graphics, quite short and plenty of plot holes

Fahrenheit: Brilliant but has a disappointing ending.

Excerpt: Age Rating: 15+ - Violence, scenes of a sexual nature. Can be bought new or used for £8+ on ebay.co.uk and new for £19.95 at amazon.co.uk. The game is also known as Indigo Prophecy. Other consoles it can be played on besides PS2: PC, Xbox. This is not a multi-player game. I've always been interested in Fahrenheit after seeing an advert for it in a magazine ages ago.
Pros: Interesting plot idea, great game play, graphics, sound track, believable characters .
Cons: Plot trails off near end, the painful problem of having to tap L1 R1 quickly .
