Summary: I used it for about 3 months non stop just for fun, never noticed how good it was for my health but now I haven't the time for it I miss it. Not all the games in the game work well as you need to be the perfect distance from the eye and the room needs to be well lit, but some of the sub games are simply awesome. I recommend this to you if you want to be a little more active with your PS2. Good fun, just make sure you get the little lens thing that goes on the EyeToy.

Summary: I really loved this game. I have never being a fan of going to the gym or infact exercise videos\dvd but this was definitely my cup of tea. Did the first 12 weeks but did not progress up the level cause I missed the last one and I was so gutted cause its a very grilling workout. There were days I could not be bothered but most days I was well up for it and it did pay off. The toning tai and yoga bit are very good.
Summary: I was becoming a couch potato and had tried exercise machines and got bored after a couple of weeks. I knew that to keep exercising I needed something to keep my interest. This game is great. I completed the first 12 week program and am on to the next now. I love it and cant wait for my husband to go out so that I can use it. It has warm ups and cool downs.
Summary: I've just finished the 12 week program. It was great, definitely the most fun I've had keeping fit. I really enjoyed most of the games and that made it easy to do so much exercise. I kept my gym membership but didn't use it once during my 12 week program. But there were some problems: - you're expected to do 5 routines a week towards the end, this is hard to fit into anyone's schedule.
Summary: Being someone who finds exercise a chore and would much rather be doing almost anything than going down the gym/ doing an exercise dvd, I was very pleasantly suprised by the Eye Toy Kinetic game. I've started on the Personal Trainer part of the game and did and hour of exercise without realising (including optional routines) and can't wait until my next session!
Summary: I have only good words to say about this game having now reached the end of my first 12 week programme. I can honestly say that I have never had so many compliments about my weight loss on any other exercise plan. I have managed to finally reach my weight target with this game and have re-gained curves where they're supposed to be and a flat stomach. This game is perfect for toning without realising with all the twisting and bending involved in the various games.
Summary: This is THE way to exercise should be for those of us that are not built like Adonis and really don't like gym classes etc. I have done Tae Bo for ages and love it but this is fantastic! I agree totally about the space issue (the more the better) but the purchase of a camera tripod has solved this in my case. The game (if you must call it such) itself is well planned out, packed with info and if the scoring system doesn't motivate you then nothing will!
Summary: I only got this yesterday and I love it already - it is a fun way to exercise without leaving the house and I hate exercise but really enjoyed Eyetoy Kinetic. It really is like having a personal trainer that tells you which days to work out and gives you encouragement all the time. It tells you the right way to work out i.e. how to do stretches correctly and how many calories you've used.
