Summary: I tried both Wii Fit and this game, and found this to be more like adult-oriented. Wii has so much emphasis on cute characters that talk too much, explaining things a little too much. I love the game that cuts all the talks and get to the exercise quickly, and this game is it. You can create your profile and program within the game like any other exercise game, but exercise program seems more effective and realistic.
Summary: I've Tried It For A Week And It Was A Really Fun Game And A Great Exercise And Workout Together In The Same Time!! I Liked The Training Routine And The Accuracy Of The Camera And The Game Fantastic Product And Excellent Game!! Thnx Amazon!!
Summary: This is a fun game that gives you a good workout. You just need to make sure you have a well lit room for the eye toy. Even my kids love this game, great for getting out aggression and tension..
Summary: The exercise is good, the graphics are fair, the voices are great but if you don't have great lighting in your home or wherever you setting this up, don't get it. I can use it on sunny days only and my house isn't that dark but dark enough it has trouble picking me up. It's not a bad exercise video at all, in fact the exercise is made into games so it's really fun. Give it a try as long as the lighting is good.
Summary: The game is great. I especially like the encouragement of the virtual trainer. My only problem is that the Eye Toy is a quirky bit of equipment. And don't even think about trying to play the game without the full vision lens, because I did that and made myself sick. Really, I was looking for something I could use with my PS3 and found this. Fortunately, I have one of the old PS3's that is backwards compatible with PS2 games.
Summary: I have used both Kinetic and a Nintendo Wii. In my opinion Kinetic is a better workout than anything on the Wii (not including Wii Fit which I do not yet have). When I first bought Kinetic I had so much fun working out that I overdid it and could not walk properly for a week. This is a really amazing game, especially when you consider the price. Yes, you will have to spend some time setting it up and it may not work for every room.
Summary: This game is quite fun if you can get your lighting right. You have to use a fish eye lens on your already limited camera to get the distance one needs to be visible full body- then it has to be uniform through-out the area you're using. This is more difficult than it seems, but if achieved, the game is really cool and quite physically challenging.
