Excerpt: Everblue is an interesting game, although it is in some ways poorly realised, not least in the divide between diving and town sections (handled by different interfaces, looks and even controls). However, as a budget title you are getting what you pay for. Above ground the action is handled by a very basic point and click interface, clicking on items and people to interact. The graphics are 2D with little movement and there is only one view of each area.
Pros: Unusual game
Cons: Poor town graphics, two completely diferent control sets .
Excerpt: “Ooh, a diving game,” he said, “it looks quite good, actually.” “It’s only £29.99, you know what that means,” I said. “No, what does that mean?” He asked. “It means it’s going to be crap,” I replied. “Well, we can always take it back,” he said with a look in his eyes that said, go on, you know it’ll be worth it.
Pros: It pads out any game collection in a small way .
