Summary: I got excited when I thought, hey, a game where I can fly around roasting enemies on the back of a dragon. I litterally spent 20 minutes hacking my way through probably 50 enemies with the crappiest weapon available pushing every button under the sun trying to figure out how to get combos or special...
Summary: This game is not good, i bought it and from the first moment i got into the game i didnt like it, mostly because of the one button game play, event though it had magic. It is true that you have a variety of weapons, and each weapon has its own special attack, which is kinda cool.
Summary: Square Enix had a great Idea. Melding massive melee style war-combat with the at-hand intensity of riding a dragon. but they just did it so baldy. Here's the very first thing I hated about this game. Your Dragon. I would have rather died than make that 'Pact'.
Summary: This videogame is like Dynasty warriors, except that you don't have any ally fighting alongside with you and the enemies look stupid. However, I do recognize that the game has good graphics, and that the storyline is very touching. But I believe that's not enough to make it a good game.
Get it for a good look at everything games should never do.

Excerpt: So what do you get when you take mad generic story line, painful to listen to wretched music, linear as hell gameplay, voice acting that could have been done via computer synth, and mentally challenged AI? You may realize that my next word is Drakengard. If you did, you are correct.
Summary: A game where you can either fly around on a dragon in a fantasy world of warfare, barbequing anything that moves, or jump off and hacking legions of sword fodder appeals to a very base sense of pleaseure in most males.
