Summary: Although in theory it's a great step forward to have a game like Dragon Quest VIII on your tablet/phone, but the reality showed me that mobile gaming still has a way to go. It's basically the original, so why such a low score? - The framerate is really poor and will agitate the everyday gamer that is used to smooth processing. - Voice acting is largely absent, and the orchestral soundtrack is not included. It feels like a butchered experience.
Summary: This being my favorite game, I was surprised to see mixed reviews on it. But I think I figured it out. The is a very old school RPG. The story is thin. The random battles are numerous. I could see how modern gamers could get the sense that they aren't getting anywhere. But if you grew up on the SNES or Genesis rather that the Playstation or Playstation 2, this game feels natural to you. This is just the way games used to be.
Summary: Wow,this game is truly a masterpiece. I've been a fans of DQ for years, but this installment is the best of all. Great story, great graphic, great environment. Can't find anything wrong about it... Buy it.
