Slightly Dissapointed.

  • Summary: I didn't realize this would be a game similar to final fantasy tactics or fire emblem. I really don't like that type of grid based "chess-like" gameplay. The story is great though, and there is some fantastic voice acting. Fire emblem could really learn from that. Bottom line: If you like games like FFTA and Fire emblem, this is probably for you. Otherwise, just watch the anime version.

  • Summary: My opinion: Pros: Funny story. Funny characters. Funny setting. Depth! Great spells and abilities. Good gameplay overall. Except: Cons: Geo Panels! You either hate them or you like them. Sadly, for me I hated these things. Too damn confusing :s DEPTH! After playing for a while, I remember that the story parts stopped occuring, so there 'might' be a pacing issue? Not sure about this one, since I never finished the game.

  • Summary: if you are looking for a typical rpg game then this is best left alone,as it is more of a statergy game in the same mould as final fantasy tactics was.also if storylines are your thing, this seriously lacks any storyline,in fact, the story just wastes time inbetween the good stratergy fighting bits.it is maddening that you cant actually skip the so called story bits to get on with the fighting.the graphics to this game are pretty basic to say the least, but that dosnt take...

Good, but not for me

  • Summary: I was excited about this game when I first realized it was very similar to Final Fantasy Tactics and Vandal Hearts. But after I had it for a short while, I discovered I wasn't really having much fun playing it. I think one of the contributing factors for this fact was the inclusion of a game mechanic called the Geo Panel system. It is very confusing. Of course, you can just ignore the Geo Panels and continue to play in the normal vein of turn-based RPG's.
