Summary: If u love the first one youll love this onbe now you get two demons to summon and fight with you upgradeable sword and just more greatness i have special edition but no opened i bought other copy to play cause the plush raidou and the package is super sweet its very stylized for a ps2 box and game but this game is so great it deserves it
Summary: Devil Summoner 2 is by far, one of the RPG's that have intuitive and enjoyable combat (to an extent). Raidou Kuzunoha, the game's protagonist, wields a 6-round handgun and sword, not to mention the backing of two demons of your choice, making the combat quite active especially considering it's a SMT game.
Summary: If you still break out your PS2 for some quality gaming time, going without Devil Summoner 2 is almost a sin. Taking right after its predecessor, this game is about as solid as a game can get for this generation. The graphics are extremely well done for a PS2 game, the music really sets the proper mood, the controls are tight, and the story is as refreshing as can be expected from a game that comes from ATLUS. The customization is also a huge plus in this game.
Summary: If you are a fan of the first game or any other game in the series, I would highly recommend getting this game. It has improved story and combat system over the first game and you can put in a lot of game hours before finishing it.
