  • Summary: devil may cry is a good game.i have it.graphics are 3-d and the controls are great.the only thing wrong with it is the length of the game.it's only about 20-21 missions/levels on there.all in all i give it a 4.75 because of how the creators came up with the story and how they had the messed up stuff...

  • Summary: Devil May Cry is the game that started off one of the greatest series in gaming history. The game is the sequel to Devil May Cry 3. The game is fun to play, and it has fun challenges. Being that the game was made in 2001, it might be hard to find it in a store.

Does anyone know how to beat the camera?

  • Summary: Devil may cry is a great game. You will never see this game on a list of the 100 best games of all time; but good game. The theme is interesting, the sounds are killer, the soundtrack shakes to the core, the gameplay will always be challenging, and the combos are engaging.

  • Summary: Good graphics, good character interaction with environment (as far as such a thing has been developed). The story line is involving. The only reason it got such a low score from me is because I don't like being couped up in a castle for so many hours, working up the levels can be somewhat of a pain...

  • Summary: THE GOOD: Super tight controls; great variety of power-ups, weapons and attacks; beautiful environments; non-stop action; very challenging; great new gaming character. THE BAD: Some ugly and hollow enemies; vague storyline; quirky camera can leave you blinded; short.

  • Summary: Capcom has struck gold with Devil May Cry. It is beatem up action with great variety, intense boss battles, and pure hellish fun. Dante can use swords or guns right on the fly without having to equip and re-equip weapons. The action is intense.

I really tried to love this game...

  • Summary: While i enjoyed this game for the short time i played it, it is not the 'masterpiece' that many think it is. The pros: The gameplay and graphics are superb. Plus, the main character Dante sets off an aura of 'coolness' not seen in video games in a long time.

  • Summary: This game is definently very cool. The controls in the game make it very easy to fight off your enemies. You can slash your enemies with your sword and then vault back and fire you two awesome handguns at them. The game is also good in that you don't run out of ammunition.

  • Summary: This game rocks. I'm dead serious. Your main character is a badass with an attitude and the action is awesome. I love how you get infinite ammo since it really fastens the pace in this game. The graphics are amazing, especially for 2001 graphics. The game is also hard and I love challenging games.

  • Summary: Devil May Cry is considered a classic in the eyes of many PS2-Buffs. Well being, a PS2-Buff myself, I don't quite think it is a classic. A great game, however not the second coming of god.
