Summary: Hands down the BEST brawler/wrestler game on PS2 that doesn't have WWE on the cover. If you remember the N64 wrestling games like WWF Wrestlemania 2000 & WWF No Mercy (The BEST fighting game on N64 IMO) You will feel right at home playing this game. The controls are nearly identical but, they added extra stuff like customizable fighting styles and numerous crazy over the top finishing moves. Plus the fact that it features so many characters, 40 I think.
Summary: Just buy it. Doesn't even need an explanation. Just buy it. "I don't like rap music." Don't care, buy it. "This game looks scary." Don't care, buy it. "Black people are stoopid." Don't care, buy it. There is literally no reason why you shouldn't buy it.
Summary: The story mode freezes at 98%. I literally have one more fight before im completed with the story mode. After the first time of getting that far and realizing it freezes, I attempt to start another character and it freezes in the same spot. Other than that huge nuisance, it works fine.
Summary: the game did not work. My main purpose for buying this game was to create caricatures my friends and myself and I could not do it because the game would consistantly freeze on the loading screen.
Summary: The create-a-fighter feature was brilliantly incorporated into the story, and provides a good deal of control over the look of your character. You choose the body type, height, weight, skin tone, head shape, eye shape and color, hair style and color, facial hair style and color, even eyebrow shape and color, and select from one of five fighting styles to start out (kick boxing, street fighting, wrestling, martial arts, submissions).
