Summary: This video game is slowly spreading across the small town I live in. I heard about it from a friend of a friend and they brought it over to my house. Awesome! A video game you DANCE with. You just buy a mat to go with the game, turn it on and make sure you put it on beginner mode (if you're new to DDR) and start dancing away. Pros: -If you play long enough (more than 30 minutes a day) you can loose weight. -It's great for parties, a lot of people love it.
Summary: This game is so much fun. This game came strigght out of the arcades and has the coolest songs. THis is for all ages. The songs are known by my parents and me. If you keep on play it you will keep on getting high scores and get a work out. The diffrent levels such as beginner and heaavey let people of all ages play. The better u are the more difficult the level is. I recomend this game to any one.
Summary: I'd like to commend Konami; I can see a very earnest attempt to try to create a sort of more universal acception of the Dance Dance Revolution craze. DDRMAX 2 is a very good product of that attempt. This, and DDRMAX have had some really great song choices for the American audience; Busy Child, Love at First Sight, and Sandstorm (a stroke of pure genius) are excellent songs that promote familiarity and confidence through known artists in what "cautious" Americans deem a...
Summary: I love this game! I heard about it from my friends, and they got me into it. It tells you how good you did on a song and even grades you. Then you Know what you have to beat to get better. The best thing is play verses mode with friends. You compete to see who's better at a song and you still have fun! Me and my friends will get together just to play it, or have a DDR party! I love this game it's great. P.S. It's great for dancers or people that just wanna have fun!
Summary: I started playing DDR last summer. I started off having difficulty playing beginner songs, and now I have difficulty with the expert&challenge level songs. I've improved slowly, and at the same time seen the game improve slowly as well. The PS2 versions of DDR have added music video backgrounds, freeze arrows, and other nice touches to the game, though nothing has fundamentally changed since the game's inception.
Summary: Seriously this game is awesome, it's so fun, as soon as I got it I was dancing the day away from like 6pm to 2am I'm not even joking bout that, It's got songs you earn w/ how many points you get for each song played, They're are really cool songs and really tacky annoting ones like In the Navy, beware of that one, only 4 the tone deaf, you can choose different difficulties 4 each song, and chaos meter etc. anyways, u gotta buy it you'll absolutely love it.
Summary: I've been playing DDR for a long time, but this is the best version yet! It has a wide range of easy to hard songs with extreme challenges on Extra Stage and the stage after that! The game includes some of the songs that you would hear on the radio on an average day, which makes it appealing to some of my other friends! I would reccommend this to everybody for ages over 7! It's a great game for parties, or by yourself!
Summary: Not nearly as good as the Japanese mixes but DDRMAX2 has something that is acutally an American release exclusive, real music videos. Granted not all songs have the music videos just Days go by, Dream a dream, In the navey, Take me away,The whistle song but I've always wanted to see a Captain Jack music video so thank you DDRMAX2!
Summary: When I first tried DDR, I was really bad at it and I just gave up. I couldn't follow the arrows or anything. But about a week later I tried again and I was awesome! I was playing it with my friend and I just started doing really well. Now, I'm able to go on Standard (2nd hardest) mode. This game is so fun and addictive, and it's a good workout. Everyone always says that it's so hard, but once you get the hang of it, it is the most addictive game ever!!! DDR RULES!!!
Summary: Maybe they could have made this harder than Max, but aparently the company got too many complaints about how hard DDR Max was. Because I beat this game in one week. This game has a great selection of songs. Ranging from clasics such as GROOVE, to new songs such as Kakumei (which means revolution in Japaneese) They also americanised it, but the problem. I never heard of the american songs, but i heard of the japaneese ones!
