Groove!

Jamie Thomas "Nerdy Girl", Amazon
7 July 2004
  • Summary: This video game is slowly spreading across the small town I live in. I heard about it from a friend of a friend and they brought it over to my house. Awesome! A video game you DANCE with. You just buy a mat to go with the game, turn it on and make sure you put it on beginner mode (if you're new to DDR) and start dancing away. Pros: -If you play long enough (more than 30 minutes a day) you can loose weight. -It's great for parties, a lot of people love it.

Konami knows

Sim, Amazon
18 June 2004
  • Summary: I'd like to commend Konami; I can see a very earnest attempt to try to create a sort of more universal acception of the Dance Dance Revolution craze. DDRMAX 2 is a very good product of that attempt. This, and DDRMAX have had some really great song choices for the American audience; Busy Child, Love at First Sight, and Sandstorm (a stroke of pure genius) are excellent songs that promote familiarity and confidence through known artists in what "cautious" Americans deem a...

Great Fun!

  • Summary: I started playing DDR last summer. I started off having difficulty playing beginner songs, and now I have difficulty with the expert&challenge level songs. I've improved slowly, and at the same time seen the game improve slowly as well. The PS2 versions of DDR have added music video backgrounds, freeze arrows, and other nice touches to the game, though nothing has fundamentally changed since the game's inception.

BEST DDR VERSION YET!

Amazon
23 May 2004
  • Summary: I've been playing DDR for a long time, but this is the best version yet! It has a wide range of easy to hard songs with extreme challenges on Extra Stage and the stage after that! The game includes some of the songs that you would hear on the radio on an average day, which makes it appealing to some of my other friends! I would reccommend this to everybody for ages over 7! It's a great game for parties, or by yourself!

  • Summary: Not nearly as good as the Japanese mixes but DDRMAX2 has something that is acutally an American release exclusive, real music videos. Granted not all songs have the music videos just Days go by, Dream a dream, In the navey, Take me away,The whistle song but I've always wanted to see a Captain Jack music video so thank you DDRMAX2!

Just Dance!

Amazon
23 February 2004
  • Summary: Maybe they could have made this harder than Max, but aparently the company got too many complaints about how hard DDR Max was. Because I beat this game in one week. This game has a great selection of songs. Ranging from clasics such as GROOVE, to new songs such as Kakumei (which means revolution in Japaneese) They also americanised it, but the problem. I never heard of the american songs, but i heard of the japaneese ones!

Dance Dance Revolution

Jeremy McMillen, Amazon
31 January 2004
  • Summary: What DDR Is DDR is a very active video game. You do not sit around with a controller tapping buttons with your fingers, however, you stand up, jumping like crazy and steping on arrows with your feet. It is very entertaining, and good exersise too. You need a special dance mat to play correctly. Once you pick a song you wish to play, moving arrows come up on your screen.

SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Amazon
31 December 2003
  • Summary: This game is honestly the best game I've ever played. It is so much fun. But I think you should get two dance pads if you want the ulltamite fun. With two mats, you can do compotitions, and that's a lot of fun. My older sister and I have had so much fun with it, and she's 17. So it's fun for all ages too. Plus the exersise mode is good if you're the kind of person that does a daily workout. My sister and I both burned 100 calories doing it...
