Summary: The game is extremely fun the first time. Two player mode is incredibly exciting however the main problems with this game is that it is way too short. The story has a lot of prospect and areas of expansion but I felt a bit let down when, in about 3-4 hours, I was already fighting the boss.
Summary: The essential concept behind Darkwatch is a First-Person-Shooter set in a combined horror/western setting. This premise is executed very well but it feels like they just got bored half way through and sadly the highly enjoyable gameplay doesn't have much story behind it and doesn't last long enough...
Summary: When i first saw the game advertised, it struck me as quite an interesting idea... As most would, i went out bought and played the game... and got bored very quickly... The gameply is too slow compared to a number of shooters at the moment and the story drags.
Excerpt: Cowboys and vampires; two things that are sure to perk a boy's attention, whether in films, books or computer games. Therefore, I doff my hat to the utter genius of whoever came up with the concept of Darkwatch - a game for PS2 or Xbox, based on the exploits of a vampire cowboy - yeehaa!
Pros: Cowboys & vampires - nuff said !
Cons: Some features not developed to their potential
Summary: I bought this game because I head heard it was a combination of the Wild West and vampires, which it is and that aspect works well due to an imaginative story, but the gameplay is very disappointing.
