Not much of a game, but brilliant if you love music and dance

Summary: Dance Factory is unique due to the ability to dance to your own music. This was the only reason why I bought it. And therein lies it's weakness. Compared to DDR the graphics are poor as are the available game modes. The inlcusion of a creature mode does little to better the experience.
Summary: I've never had a dancemat before and wanted one as an alternative form of exercise - this package appealed because you can play your own CDs through it. Overall I'm really impressed - it's great fun and definitely good exercise!
Summary: I bought this for exactly the same reason as the last reviewer as a exersise thing and it works brilliantly as on the fitness mode it will tell you exactly calories you have burned off I've found music like abba works really well :)only niggle is the fact that it slides around between tracks it has...
Easy to use, one of a kind, a bit of a challenge though.

Excerpt: I bought this game about 3 days after christmas from play.com. I liked the fact that you could insert any CD in the player and the dance moves will be generated. When you first put the CD in the PS2, you have a choice of whether to generate the moves to one song or the whole CD.
Summary: If you're bored with the pre-set track lists on your dance games, then this is the game for you. It has a few tracks already programmed to get you started but the real fun comes from using your own cd's.
Like learning to drive on the left side of the road

Summary: To all those who have played DDR for years..... When we started to play Dance Factory we noticed that there was something a little different. After playing a few rounds we figured it out. The up and down arrows are the reverse of DDR on the screen.
Excerpt: great game! an excellent way to loose weight without leaving the houshold and it doesnt get boring! this game can be very addictive and is great to pull out at a party! the different features are an extra bonus so when you do become that bit mopre experienced you can up the level of the game.
