   Those partial to the Crash brand of humor, who don't mind the game's overriding "kiddieness," will definitely want to focus on the vibrant, ambient tracks and the replay value of the multiplayer. While the cars could use a greater sense of mass, it's smooth racing with a decent framerate even when things on the track get hairy (and this is when they're most fun). Players more concerned with depth of gameplay than anything else may want to consider a rental first. Read more

   Crash Tag Team racing is an enjoyable, although rather confused videogame. If you're looking for a really good kart racer, this might not meet your needs, but as a combined racer/platformer, it does a good job. It's pretty easy, but never dull, and the cast of crazy characters and variety in gameplay should appeal to the younger market that the game was so obviously designed for. Read more

   Young children may enjoy this game for its cartoonish characters and fairly easy gameplay, as will arcade freaks despite the loading times that will continually test their patience. The rest, keep away. There's a million much better things to do with your time. Read more
