Summary: If you like playin withyour buddies on one console, this is an excellent game, multiplayer is amazing, tons of guns, tons of equipment, and bots...ah bots...remember bots? lol anyway, there are a bunch of memorable multiplayer maps to play on you, a bunch of your buddies, and then the horde of bots! hours and hours of fun to be had here, and for 4 bucks? whats to lose?
Summary: This is the best PS2 shooter I've come across. Storyline is awesome, enemies are agressive, controls and aiming are as good as anything I've played. I prefer thrid person, but this FPS kicks some serious arse. If you're looking for a shooter, you can't go wrong here.
Summary: This game is absolutely deserving of an 8.5 out of 10 and the only reason I can't give it a 10 is because it is not quite as technical as a lot of other games. The closest thing I have played to this game is golden eye except this game is better visually especially considering the fact that cold winter is brutal. I don't know if I have ever played a game where you can shoot a persons head off and then watch it roll. It is truly an amazing experience.
Summary: I got this game when it came out and thing it was only 20 bucks. I must say that this is one of the best FPS games I have played in some time. On-line game play is great also. The control and feel of the game reminds me of the old Goldeneye game on the N64. A must by on the PS2.
Summary: First off, how could you not like Cold Winter? The multi-player gameplay in this game is by far better than any game including Bond. Yes, I said it, COLD WINTER MULTI-PLAYER GAMEPLAY IS BETTER THAN BOND. The weapons in Cold Winter are very realistic and damagable. The explosives are also very realistic. Playing Cold Winter with 4 players is recommended but, again, multi-player is amazing with anybody in this game.
Summary: This game is ok. The gameplay is average, but what really is good about it is the control. Most PS2 shooters could be very good except aiming is hard (example, Brothers in Arms for PS2, the PC version is great, PS2 is the same, except its really hard to aim IMO) but I find no problem with aiming in this game.
Summary: It's very much like a 007 game that had it's license revoked, the story involving a foreign weapons dealer is straight out of Bond, hell you even get a female assistant, whose, without wishing to spoil things,'death',is far more emotional than a certain FFVII's childish lego people mourning over another lego person who get's killed by another lego...
