Summary: I was hocked on this from the momment I started it and the level designs and story were great, but around the first battle in the game the frame rate drops so low. I know the PS2 was the weakest system of its generation & all.
Summary: My review for this somewhat disappeared so i'm going to have to re-write it. Call of Duty 3 is the game before the game which shaped the following games in the Call of Duty series, the squeal to that game which will then make the future of Call of Duty games and the multiplayer in every multiplayer...
Summary: Decent game all and all but there are some major problems that hold this game back. For example, all of the quick time events are really repetitive never really that interesting. Once again, this shooter is good but brings nothing new to the table.
Summary: CoD3 just wasn't worth my $60. Recoil makes many of the weapons I enjoyed in CoD2 useless (Example, every single fully automatic weapon except the Thompson and the German sub-machine gun.) Buggy friendly AI and plenty of checkpoint glitches all around.
Summary: I usually play PC games, so this review is somewhat biased as I find the PS2 controls harder to use the a PC set up. The game itself is not bad as a FP shooter and the course is quite energetic. The graphics I find a bit lacking in depth and focus, but the action is pretty good.
Summary: I tried publishing a review before, last year, but it didn't publish it, so i'm back for a second shot. I played call of duty big red one and loved it. It really brought that feeling to you that call of duty games do. The graphics were decent as well.
Summary: This is the first C.O.D. game I've played, and I wasn't terribly impressed. The gameplay itself is mostly fun once you get into it, but there are a few minor annoyances that make it a bit tiresome after a while.
Summary: I recently stopped buying PS2 games as the graphics have become dated and there weren't any really good games out there as developers have focused their resources on games for XBOX 360 and PS3.
Summary: Oh dear.... indeed. After the fantastic Call Of Duty 2: The Big Red One, i was so looking forward to call of duty 3, but what a disappointment. What i dont understand, is if it aint broke, why fix it?
