BUZZ! The Music Quiz (PS2): Listen for the Buzz with the Music quiz
28 July 2009
Summary: Jason Donovan plays the charcater of Buzz in this game & welcomes you to the Buzz Music quiz. I think this is an interesting video game concept. A quiz show in your living room. Each player from 1-4 is equiped with their own individual buzzer. The Buzzers have 5 different buttons. 1 big red one, & 4 equally sized smaller ones.
Pros: 4 players at once. Lots of different types & age groups of music.
Cons: Newer Buzz games allow for 8 players at once. Not much fun on your own.
Summary: This was the first Buzz title to appear on the PS2, and I am glad it wasn't the last! This game was an instant hit with us, our family and our friends! I bought this game pretty much immediately when it first came out, I LOVE party games and this one came with cool quiz show type buzzers! The presentation of this title is nice and slick and it really does feel like a quiz gameshow.
Summary: This is a fantastic game to play with the whole family. You can buy so many different versions now but this was the first one they made. You get four different buzzers which each player uses through out the game . There are over one thousand song clips and over five thousand questions all to do with music. There are many different rounds you play so it never gets boring.
Summary: A few months ago we were all up at my brothers flat for a bit of a party and my mate brought up Buzz the Music quiz with all the little buzzers that come with it. What a great game this was to play. I'll quickly say that the game is presented very well with all menus, cut scenes and questions coming across superbly and the game never really seems to repeat itself when asking quesiton.

Summary: A True must!! This game is brilliant and a true must for any family/friend party. Hours of entertainment and terrific value. Hosted by Australians favourite heartthrob from the 80s, Jason Donovan. This game offers many different levels of music styles ranging from time gone right up to most recent tracks, kylie etc. There are many varied rounds to play and more challenging and hysterically funny as you go along.
Summary: buzz is great for a family game. it is a music quiz which up to four players can play at a time, not too difficult so children can join in. you can select music from different years so it is suitable for all the family. we bought it and played at christmas, can get a little repetitive though. comes with four buzzers so it is slightly different from playing other ps games. you can choose which characters you want and what noise you want for the buzzer.
Pros: easy to use, different music genres and years, suitable for the whole family
Cons: can be slightly repetitive, the buzzer noises can get annoying
