Summary: This game hasn't aged well, rather this game hasn't aged as well as the previous entries. Burnout 3/4 are much better and look much better. this game came out in 2007 and looks like a first generation PS2 game.
Summary: Me and my brother always loved the Burnout sereis, we even tried the 1st and 2nd one, but we then heard of Burnout Dominator and we were like "OMG WE GOTTA GET DIS GAME BRO LOL". We bought it for $20 and, as everybody else says, its sucks. Its just a filler for Burnout 5.
Summary: I wasn't a big fan of the Burnout series. I tried to like this game. I just wanted a causal racing game that didn't involve power ups. People were telling me to buy the game but when I did, I wanted my money back. Graphics, sound, controls, & music are great. Can't complain about that.
Summary: Okay . . . I played and thoroughly enjoyed Burnout Legends and then I must have snoozed too long cause then some yahoo went and stole our "Burnout" name title and put it to this lame-oh game. Did anyone get a glimpse of the perp?
Summary: As other reviewers here have noted, this is more akin to "Burnout Lite" than a real Burnout game. I don't know what EA was thinking to release a Burnout game without the Crash Mode, but that's what they did, and it's not worth the $40 price. If you're skeptical, rent it first..
Summary: Pros Is there alot "good" about this game? Not really. Though I will give it extremley nice crashes. It will seem as if this was a real crash. Though there are many cons. Cons Alright there is many horrible things. There is no storyline. You have no idea why your doing anything.
Summary: When i heard that there would be a fifth installment to the Burnout series, i thought awesome! A new Burnout game! But it turned out to be a rip-off! No crash mode! No Traffic checking! No good music!
Summary: Before I played this game two days ago (the ONLY time I will ever play this game), I considered myself a huge Burnout fan. I thought Takedown was amazing, and Revenge added some cool new things like Traffic Attack and multi-tiered Crash mode stages that made it even more exciting.
Summary: First and foremost, it is opinion of nearly all that the Burnout series peaked on PS2 with 'Burnout: Takedown'. If you do not already have 'Burnout: Takedown' and are trying to decide between that and Dominator - your decision is easy - buy Takedown - it is superior in every way.
