kind of hard, but great!

  • Summary: i had this game before. the game is great but the races in carrer are kind of hard. graphics are great so are the sounds. but with it being hard here are some examples. in pursuit 2,you have to chase the classic in oncoming traffic!(most of the time) In gran prix 4 or 5, it was hard not to crash on one of the tracks. However, this game has great tracks, cars, etc. so if you like racing games, i recommand this for all players.

Wait for the NEXT BURNOUT

Kurt Angle fan "Chris", Amazon

  • Summary: This is for people that like driving really fast. This game is quite tense because you don't know if your going to crash into a car when you turn that corner. Sometimes you get frustrated by it. People are saying it gets boring but that happens with every great game. When I get a new game I play it(for first 10 days) nearly all day like for 12 hours and thats why I get bored of games like over people. People say it makes you sweat and grin and that's true.

Extremely fun!

Amazon Customer "Gamsci", Amazon

  • Summary: I have always wanted to play a racing game that focused on the crashses as well as the regular game play. I like to see things destroyed, whether they are in movies, tv shows, even video games. When it comes to crashes in other racing games that I have played, they keep keep the POV (point of view) where your driving POV is.

One of the best racing game ever...

David Rankin "D. Rankin", Amazon
14 February 2004
  • Summary: This game is simple awesome... It reminds me of the movie Fast and the Furious. I love weaving in and out of traffic, something you don't see in many racing games. The turbo nox is cool. The crash mode is one of the best ideas in a car game yet. I love how it at up the total cost of the traffic accident. Hopefully people will realize that this is a game and should not be practiced in real life. The game is just a great game to add to the collection.

MOST FUN RACING GAME I'VE SEEN YET!

Fish Myer, Amazon
15 January 2004
  • Summary: I have played a lot of racing games and none of them captivated me like this one. When I first played it it was ok until my first crash. The realism and graphics on the crashes are amazing. It shows windows cracked and glass all over the place and unbelievably real damage done to the cars. The crash or destruction mode is awesome because is sets you up in perfect places to cause some serious devestation where the goal is to cause as much damage as possible.

  • Summary: The original Burnout was a ground breaking new game that made weaving through traffic a whole lot more fun than it used to be. Now Acclaim came out with Burnout 2 and did the impossible: improved upon the original Burnout. Here are the good and bad things about this game: Highs: ~Outstanding graphics ~Realistic weather conditions ~Over 20 different cars ~Lots of tracks ~Tells you the acceleration, handling, ect.

Manic Anti-depressive

W. Lopez, Amazon
15 January 2004
  • Summary: Ever wonder why, no mater how true to life a driving or racing sim can be, You can never seem to drive as good in a video game/driving sim as you do in real life? Even if you are a professional driver using a steering wheel controler? Thats because in a video game the only way you can win is to drive around like a MANIAC!! And thats never easy (Ask any hollywood stuntman!). Well finally there is a game that encourages you to do just that!
