Bloodrayne (PS2): Feeling thirsty..... I'll have a pint of rhesus negative ple ...
18 February 2009
Summary: BloodRayne is a third-person adventure/ shooter that was released on the PS2 back in the day and, despite never becoming a big name, still managed to target a cult audience of die-hard gamers. A sequel was later released and in the last couple of years, two straight-to-DVD movies have also been released based on the games. There was also, I believe, a series of graphic novels devoted to the character.
Pros: Taking on the Third Reich one throat at a time is immensely thrilling!
Summary: FINALLY - a female vampire (or "dhampir," whatever) with an adjustable bra size (see "juggy" cheat) and a large artillery of weapons that inflict ridiculous gore (see "gratuitous dismemberment" cheat) on a small variety of Nazis and mutants, whose blood she can also suck to restore health (if necessary - see "god mode" cheat). If you're looking for more than just a one-night-stand, though, she's probably going to disappoint you...unless you're the one that sucks.
Summary: well when I played it it was easy and it does get harder it just grow on me slomotion is so cool you can cut off lims and heads you get a lots of guns you have two blades one on both arms you suck blood you can jump on them and suck there blood its your life your a hot chick half vampire half human eny enyway the only thing I have to say bad about it is the combos dont go together well I think it is a cool game Rent it befor u buy it!
Summary: Compared to other games that are coming our right now, this game is great. Yes, it's short, but the amount of entertainment in the 10-15 hours of playtime is worth buying it. The graphics are great, and the controls are easy to learn and movement is fluid. This game DOES have a plot, and compared to other hack/slash games, it's a darn good one. This game is rated M for a good reason, the language in the game can be quite strong.
Summary: If BLOODRAYNE were a movie, it'd be a prime candidate for MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000. The game is such a wacky mish-mash of elements that it's impossible to take seriously, though one is unsure whether the designers do, thanks to the game's earnest presentation. BLOODRAYNE is an action game set in the 1930s.
Summary: Okay, Bloodrayne? Awesome.. You can't go wrong with this one. Awesome storyline and the gameplay is fantastic.. The look and feel of the game is phenomenal.. The only thing that could be improved is the graphics and maybe the acting... But there is also some max Payne type things thrown in there which there is absolutley no problem in that.. The game is a bit too easy.. you might want to put it on a challenging level..before you beat it..
Summary: I remember seeing the ad 4 it on wwe.com and my ex was asking what I thought of it, and every once in a while would keep asking about it, I finally got it 4 Christmas played it and man that game is addicting, That girl kick's mutant and what ever .... I give it 5 star's.
Summary: Gamers can be hard to please. I generally dislike hack-and-slash fighters like "The Two Towers" because I find the controls and combos difficult to master. Then comes "Bloodrayne" and I'm annoyed because the controls are so simple! All you needs to do is face the general direction of a foe and rapidly tap a single button -- L1 by default in this case -- and *snicker-snack* he (or it) is hacked to pieces. Could we have a skill level in between?
Summary: Bloodrayne was a cool game. The graphics were cool for the most part and the game was very bloody. It was so bloody that it was funny. Kind of like the movie Evil Dead 2. My only complaint was that it was rather short and the guys at the end of the stages were at times impossible. The codes were cool and Rayne's random comments (insults) were good. Overall I liked it, it was too short and has little replay value.
