Summary: This is basically Blitz for Adults. The gameplay is mostly the same as previous blitz games except even more brutal with the breaking of bones and more adult with the language and steroid use. The addition of a story and leveling system for your team is a good addition. It makes you more invested in the outcome and seems like you have more control. However once you get to the second division it gets pretty difficult and a little repetitive.
Summary: I love this game for what it is. You cannot expect this to be anything like Madden but it is still a fun game. Injuries are awesome and game play is very fast paced. Fast Paced: something I cannot say about the loading. This game is the slowest loading game I have ever played. It actually took three minutes for it to load one time. Get this game, provided that you can wait a little bit.
Summary: This is an unorthodox football game. This is not an NFL game but a football game w/ made-up teams in a made-up league. There are 3 divisions and you start at the bottom.Beat the Division 3 level, move up to 2,Beat 2 to go to 1,beat 1 to beat the game.As you move up,you also unlock rewards. If you're tired of Madden's franchise mode, give this game a try.It won't get outdated just because of NFL free agency.
Summary: Let me begin by saying this is NOT a game for children. What makes this game unique, and separates it from the Madden series, is the training camp option. Train your players, use steroids, and x-ray those bone crushing injuries. Overall, a pretty good sports game.
Summary: For Anyone Who Loves Football And Everything About It Knows Their Is Also A Dark Side Of The Game. Where Players Take Illegal Drugs To Help Out Their Game,Where Owners Will Do Anything For Their Team To Win. This Game Is Alot Like Any Given Sunday.
Summary: This game is awesome. I've played Madden, I've played NCAA, and I've played 2k5 (best of the three.) None of them is as much fun as Blitz. The reason I like it so much is the story...and all of the other options. There are some real RPG aspects to this game. You buy equipment for your team, and each piece of equipment improves your team in different ways. You get to train your players to improve their stats. You get to bet on the games. The game play is pretty good too.
Summary: This game is awesome if you want some bone rattling, intense playing. However, even I was a little disappointed in the whole snapping the quarterback's finger in the beginning. The language puts this game well into the league of older teens and adults. The worst part of this game is how ridiculously long everything takes to load. Be prepared for an hour long ordeal, even when only playing two minute quarters.
