My girls are over the moon

Sid Woodward, amazon.co.uk
10 November 2010
  • Summary: After playing this at a freinds we bought it last month. My daughters love the drums especially which are quite a skill to learn, but actually resemble playing the drums properly (unlike the guitar) and is quite educational.

Love the drum set

A. O. Stern, amazon.co.uk
3 May 2010
  • Summary: I bought this game just because of the drum set. Maybe if given a choice I would have preferred a Guitar Hero (More Rock) type of game, but alas they are not sold with a drum set. The drum set is solid and easy to assemble (once assembled it is not so easy to disassemble which might be a problem for space). The controller is very responsive and the pedal feels with just the right amount of strength, not too stiff and with good rebound.

More reliable than Guitar Hero World Tour!

T. D. Penhale-Jones "Tim P-J", amazon.co.uk
9 February 2010
  • Summary: Bought this for Christmas, having 'gone through' (drum kit failed), 3 Guitar Hero World Tour bundles. While the songs aren't as great as GHWT (in my rock minded opinion), the drum kit is far more robust and the guitars work fine as well. To answer the perenial question....yes, this hardware DOES work with ALL the other GH software, so we bought the GHWT software so we now have the best of both worlds!

a nice add on

J. D. Coles, amazon.co.uk
13 January 2010
  • Summary: ok so i'll be honest i only bought this game for the instruments not for the game itself. i'm a rocker so i'm far more a fan of the guitar hero games than this it's little sister. but let me also say that this game in it's own right will keep you playing for hours, days, weeks, months etc. the song list is a good mix of well known pop tunes from a wide variety of decades. lus a few not so popular songs that are still fun.

Instructions please

K. Tarling-Sturt "Tigger", amazon.co.uk
31 December 2009
  • Summary: Good quality and a lot of hardware in the box. Easy to put together but really missing straight forward instructions for the actual game play. Setting up intuitively took a lot of wasted time and frustration for 6 year old who just wanted to hit stuff. Once working, fantastic fun. Extremely clever use of the wii. We still don't know how much of it works but having fun now finding out. A great Christmas present for the whole family.

new battery

Lebonnois, amazon.co.uk
22 December 2009
  • Summary: For this edition, they changed the battery by a new one better than the GH World Tour version. The must is that the command box is detachable and includes MIDI IN and MIDI OUT wires. Therefore you can register your performances directly, connect it to a sampler or, in the other side, play with your own electronic battery easily.
