Summary: Snapping your custom battle mechs together one piece at a time like a set of LEGOs? Sign me up. This game is easy to pick up, and to be honest, I don't even know what the story mode is about, because I spend 100% of my time in the arena doing one on one fights with other mechs.
Summary: Though the graphics are dated, the action is so furious you won't notice it. What makes AC2 stand out is the arena mode, which is missing from Another Age. And, currently, it's cheaper on the used market than AC3.
Summary: This game is perfect for all the people who loved the past AC games for the original PS. The graphics are awesome and the yes the controls can be a bit difficult in the begining but they get a lot easier after about an hour.
Summary: Ok, lets start with the strange (not bad, I won't say bad...) parts. You have a rifle. I hate the rifles. Machine guns are the best. But it costs way to much to get any upgrades. That's about the only bad thing.
Summary: I've had this game for over a week now and I must say, it's among the more difficult games I've played. This is because the controls and movement vary with each new weapon/part that you add to your AC.
Summary: I've been a big fan of the AC series from the beginning, and I must say, this is awesome. Back again are the seemingly endless variations and strategies. Certain parts togather create rather nasty designs for you to sample.
Summary: well first off i would like to say i enjoy this game even though some of the missions seem imposible (seem but aren't). This game is fun and easy (at first) as the game goes on it gets alot harder.
Summary: I bought this game because I was looking for a non-sports title for my PS2 and wanted something with a little more combat than SSX (excellent game - see reviews). I'm glad I read reviews of it before I bought it!
Summary: I really, really like Armored Core, but this is so much harder. No just picking up the game and easily making it through the first few missions in AC2. The controls respond in a way that I would think that a giant robot's weapons would respond. The graphics are great, with pretty of eye candy.
