Summary: Solid PS 2 game. I started out with AC 3 and then played this. The controls are much more old school with the fact that you are using the d-pad. Not a huge issue and takes little time to get use to. The missions are a lot of fun as is the arena.

Summary: this game did not meet any good expectations, I remember playing this game some years ago and enjoyed the hell out of it, the recent copy of it that I got wont even load the main menu, this is an extreme disappointment
Summary: My previous experience was with the original Armored Core on PS1 and then at some point i rented Armored Core 3 many moons ago, so my recollection was vague. first impressions of the game were not overly high because of the unfamiliarty of the controls and not being able to use analog sticks, but...

Summary: Take Armored Core, give it next gen graphics (for the time) and a whole lot more features and you have Armored Core 2. One of the finest game sequels I remember playing, the game still looks good to this day and plays well.
The old adage of don't-fix-if-it's-not-broke has continued here for Armored Core 2.

AC2 is one of the 1st games that came out for the PS2. Being i...
Cons: While utilizing the Overboost looks really fun, your'll find yourself precharging before Overboost for 10 minutes before you get into the uncontrollable stops as you play through the rest of the game. Since most of your missions are comprised of sneak and destroy or covert operations you'll find ...
