Summary: If you find yourself wishing you could play a half super-Japanese style RPG and half hentai game without any of the obvious humping, this may be the game for you. Though this is an amusing release, this will only find strong appeal with a rare breed of otaku gamer.

Excerpt: Ar tonelico II: Melody of Metafalica is set a year and a half after the events of Ar tonelico: Melody of Elemia . It’s a true sequel, though that does not become apparent until later in the game when references to Melody of Elemia start cropping up.
Conclusion: There's no excusing the game's bugs and sloppy localization, but the rest of the experience is such a joy that it at least makes them tolerable. If you count yourself among the JRPG faithful, if you skip this one, you'd best turn in your membership.
