Summary: this is one of the most fun baseball games of all time! Id rather have this than some of the newer games its so fun. there are a couple of gliches though. one time my friend and i were takin turns playin innings he hit a grounder and the guy made it to second because it got by the 3rd baseman while he was standing on second the 3rd baseman was holdin on to the ball and it said OUT. sometimes gliches can be just so funny though we laughed for a couple minutes after that.
Summary: It's good. The overall rating of the game is good. Altough a very good game it's minor leagues is very disturbing, because it doesn't have the right roster. And the game does not have Barry Bonds. It is also very difficult to trade players.
Summary: In my opinion this is one of the best baseball games out there. The graphics are great and the special features like TWIB challanges and home-run derbys are nice. But the game quality is bad. Sometimes the frames will move really slow and cause you to mess up a play. And the thing that bothers me the most is that the game freezes a lot, even though the disk is almost brand new and has no scratches.
Summary: Allstar baseball 2005 is very much like other MLB games, such as MLB 2005 and MVP 2005. The players are very life like with their regular batting stances and feilding positions. The graphics are incredible and the camera angles are different and fun to play through. Franchise mode is very similar to the 2004 version with spring training and real live season play.
Summary: I have to say I like the game. The gameplay is realistic and the graphics are great. I would like to see the hitting changed a bit. It's so hard with the cursor and to easy with the timing on. The fielders cam is cool but far to confusing to play as for to long. As for Barry Bonds, during the offseason he opted out of the MLBPA which is why he is not in this game. Mailman of the Giants is the "Bonds" type replacement.
Summary: It's a good game, one of the best I've played. The Franchise mode is almost as realistic as running a real baseball team. They have record books with stats from teams AND major league history. The graphics are great but the new camera angles aren't too shabby. Overall, it's the best ASB made yet. But one question... Am I missing something? Or is Barry Bonds not in the game?
