Summary: I loved the series on fox when the show started in 2001 i was always in the edge of my seat. When I heard in 2005 that a game was going to come out exclusively on the PS2 i was the first person in line to buy this game. 24 is a well 3rd person shooter, that has on of my favorite things Cover Up System. Anyway the guns feel real the characters feel real.
Summary: 24 was awesome based on the tv show series.I got it when it first came out a while ago(years ago).I loved and played it all the time with friends and all.Sadly it got damaged and i never managed to finish it.I'm trying to re-buy but i find a new working copy anywhere!I recommend it and is well worth the price!
Summary: I really love the 24 tv series. Then I learned that there was a game for it, so I thought, "Huh, I should check it out!". So I went out to gamestop and bought it for $3.99, and let me tell you, if I new how bad it was, I would not have payed that much for it. The graphics are decent, the sound is below average, and I got bored of it by day 2.
Summary: I'm a huge fan of 24 and recently purchased this game. It is evern better than I thought it would be. It is exactly like the show which makes it fun and entertaining. There are 15 different weapons to choose from and you complete different missions as Jack Bauer, Tony Almada, Chase Edmonds, Michelle Dessler, Kim Bauer and President David Palmer. One thing I don't like is Kim's haircut as it looked much better in Season 1 and Season 2 on the show.
Conclusion: A nice game that is for hardcore fans of the show, and also a good way for people who have never even watched it before to experience 24. If you can get past the driving sequences, this game is a good way to blow the 8 hours that you could have used to do something important.
Pros: The voice acting. Almost all of the cast signed on for the game. Keifer does Jack Bauer better than any amateur voice actor could. Another good thing about this game is the character models. They look picture perfect to their television counterparts. Another good aspect of this game is switching between characters. I liked the ability to play as other people besides Jack. The targeting system is similar to James Bond: Everything Or Nothing, which was also a good game....
Cons: The driving missions control like a tank being driven by a mentally retarded duck. There's quite a few of these within the game, so be prepared to throw your controller at the TV screen. The second is pacing. This game can feel really dull at times. Melee combat needed a little bit more work before they released the full game.
Summary: I got this game back when it first came out, i thought it might be entertaining since I happen to be a 24 fan... Now if only the game were as good as the show. Let me start off by talking about the controls, as with other third person games, the camera and shooting are a pain in the ace, all too often will you find yourself getting screwed by the camera, causing you're quick death. And for the cover controls... haha, they suck.
Conclusion: I loved this game from start to finish , it had brilliant graphics , story mode and great gameplay although the driving was a bit heavy but i still found it an exiting game to play and would recommend renting this game out again.
Conclusion: It is typical of all the games that follow successful programmes - transformers for example. Decent game but isn't going to fill that void!! Graphics aren't that bad, game is ok and enjoyable but not memorable....
Conclusion: I actually didnt mind the game, prob due to the fact that i'm a hardcore 24 fan. The graphics werent great and the controls took a bit of getting used to but after I had completed the first couple of levels (thinking it was poo) I really started getting into the story and playing it through the eyes of different characters from the series. Also I thought the game was different every level, non repetitive. Mini games (Easy) But it broke down the action.
