Summary: I'll start off by saying that Unit 13 is fun, but flawed. Gameplay wise it will have you hooked, at first, then you'll grow tired of the same maps that you will have to grind so you can progress. The cover mechanics are fairly good with a couple glitches, but not enough to get you killed. The in-game physics are nice, nothing to complain about except that every once and a while the enemies will be blown 50 feet in the air.
Summary: This game is not good, but not bad either. Graphics: a few levels are stunning, but a lot are just boring to look at. Gameplay: sometimes you duck behind a low wall and try to look around, suddenly you're man gets out of cover by standing up and everybody sees you, very frustrating. I still think to this day (Killzone will probably destroy it) it's the best shooter available on the Vita.
Summary: Would be a 10 if there was a multiplayer, ad hoc co-op (as was promised, but never delivered) and if the AI were a little better. Overall a pretty fun game, though with no real sense of purpose or plot. Leaderboards add replayability. It is really lacking a multiplayer and ad hoc co-op though, the omission of those two features really killed the game for me.
Summary: I got this game with my Vita as a part of the summer promotional and I almost immediatly fell in love with it. The graphics were good and the gameplay was fluent without any gliches that I noticed. It's a third person shooter that switches between run and gun, stealth, and speed run missions which is alright but the health bar allows you to get hit only a few times before dying and even though there are like 10 classes, if you don't use the reccommended one the level is...
Summary: it was difficult to decide the score. No certain history, but has several chapters to play (36). You can choose from different soldiers with different weapons and equipment. The gameplay I liked, not others.
Summary: There aren't many cooperative games on the Vita system but thankfully Unit 13 helps fill that void. The graphics are great though they do seem a bit repetitive. Overall though it's like having a PS3 game right in your hands. Co-op involves you and one other person working as a team to complete the missions. The objectives constantly change each play through which is nice.
Summary: I enjoyed this game so much that it went to work with me and I played every break and on my lunch. Drove my girlfriend nuts because I didn't want to put it down. I like this game cause you could play a different daily challenge everyday. Plus you had different characters to max out on their abilities. Great FPS but only kick back is it could have had a better Multi player. Don't think this is MW or BF but a great game in its own right!! Enjoy!!
