Okay game, would have been better without DS port...

Summary: I hate to write a negative sounding review for a Vita game, a system I really love. This is a port, not of the PS3/360 version, but of the far inferior 3DS version. I don't now why, the Vita can handle so much more. It's a shame that the developer took the cheapest way out. That said, this means that most of the glitches and annoyances from the 3DS version have carried over. I don't know if you've ever played a Lego game on a DS but it is a pain in the behind.
Summary: Arkham City it's not. Remember that going in and you're going to enjoy the game a lot more. Basically it's the Justice League running around as Lego figurines, which is hit and miss and as a DC Comic fan very familiar with most of the characters, I felt overall it was an average game. But the music from the Burton Batman movies was pretty cool. I'll start with the downside to this game, the Lego it's self.
Summary: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! If you want to buy this game, buy the PS3 version. I know that I wish I would have. I thought it would be great for my son. Sort of like the Mod Nation Racers. Boy was I disappointed. The Lego games are normally great and my son loves them. This one, I wish I would have waited and read the reviews first. The developer should be ashamed to put a product of this quality out for a Vita.
Summary: For people who liked the PSP and now the Vita Lego games were a must have. The original Batman on the PSP along with Star Wars and Indiana Jones were brilliant. Unfortunately the guys from Lego have got very lazy in reproducing the games that rivaled the PS3 and Xbox. I believe the reason for this is that with previous games in the Lego catalogue there was a PS2 version of which was copied to the PSP. This made the game much closer to the bigger platforms for gameplay.
Summary: Fun game but its just a Lazy 3DS port. The cut scenes look terible and the game looks ok but again its basicly the 3DS version. (the 3DS version actually looks better because of the 3d effect) Still fun though if you like lego games. If you want a game on the go then it might be worth your cash but i would wait for price a cut and if you have a PC, 360 or PS3 then get it for that system as they are far superior versions.
Summary: My decision to buy this was based on many other Lego games bought in the past and how enjoyable they have been to play, plus I wanted something light I could play on my new Vita. Ultimately the game largely satisfies the fun aspect and is frustrating in many others. The graphics when playing the game are great and look fantastic on the Vita screen. However, the cut scenes are horrendous and are DS standard.
Summary: Read this review and more - [...] With a distinct lack of Vita specific reviews around for this newest release from Traveller's Tales in the Lego series. The game is obviously a follow up to the first Lego Batman game and let's start by saying it plays exactly like other Lego games I've played. If you've played Lego Star Wars, Harry Potter or Batman before then you'll know what to expect.
