    All Tomb Raider fans need to know is that the levels are different from those in the previous game, but the gameplay is broadly the same. They'll buy it because they suffer the appalling controls gladly, and can never have enough Lara. The rest of use need to take a step back. In 1996 Tomb Raider was the finest adventure on a PlayStation, but even then it wasn't in the same league as Mario 64. Read more

    The Tomb Raider chronicle Its that time again, the middle of November, TOMB RAIDER MONTH. This time of year we have come to expect a release of the Tomb Raider series, but are they actually improving on it? Tomb Raider 1was originally, and in all cases an excellent game, everyone owned a copy it came out on all consoles, then Tomb Raider 2 came out.     • An innovative improvement to the series, and of course, Lara in some sleek new outfits.
    • The game's graphics are still really pixelated. The game is shorter than her last adventures.

Just when the world had come to agree that Lara is finally a thing of the past, along comes a new collection of levels for our lovely Lara Croft to tackle. Each of the four chapters center around a different area of Lara’s past, from the very start of her life (as a teen raider!!) to just before her death.
