Quirky sequel to classic game

tirial, Ciao
24 March 2005
  • Excerpt: It is 400 years after Sir Dan defeated Zarok and rescued Gallowmere. This time he wakes up in a mueseum to battle the new villianous mage who threatens London. Fortunately when ressurrecting dinosaur skeletons, he also ressurrects our hero, who with the aid of a mad inventor, a cockney ghost, and an egyptian princess, sets out to stop him. In general Medievil 2 is very similar to the original Medievil.
  • Pros: More fortesque !  Good 3d Platformer
  • Cons: Linear, not as good as original, annoying ghost .

Skeleton saves world... then left to rust

tigertom, Ciao
3 July 2002
  • Excerpt: You’re a skeleton with one eye, you’ve saved the world once before and they hid you in a museum for your troubles! You’re Daniel Fortesque and you can take off your arm and throw it at people. (Cool, imagine being able to do that in fights!) Confessions first, I didn’t buy this game nor have I played the first one (MediEvil). Instead my particularly sweet girlf went and hired this game for us both to play.
  • Pros: Funny game, light hearted .
  • Cons: bit hard in places

  • Excerpt: Poor old Dan fortesque! Even though he's only got one eye and has been dead for over 500 years, he's been called upon again to save the world from the grasp of evil. This time he is set in the old Victorian England. Dan's been stuck away in an old dusty corner of a meseum still dreaming away while the dinosaurs hog the limelight. Well the tables are about to turn.
  • Pros: Great sequal
  • Cons: I can't think of much

Good Vs. Medievil

Nikki1979, Ciao
25 February 2001
  • Excerpt: I bought this game because I thought the first one was excellent. When I started playing the second one, I was not disappointed. It had clearer graphics than the first, more variety of gameplay and more intricate challenges. The "end of level" bosses were bigger and more challenging, plus it gave you a reason or a motive for killing them. It isn't a grim or gory game, as people might expect.
  • Pros: fun, challenging, addictive .
  • Cons: graphics could become a bit cluttered

Medievil 2

diceman, Ciao
12 July 2000
  • Excerpt: Sir Dan Fortesque is back in a new adventure, this time in Victorian London. Zarok's spell book has been found and is being used for evil. However, because of this Dan is awoken from the dead and sets off to find clues about who caused this nightmare. Just because of the scary feel and the decapitated zombies, this game is more comical than scary. The atmosphere feels as if it has come straight from a Tim Burton film.
  • Pros: Great fun
  • Cons: difficult

A SHOT IN THE DETACHABLE ARM!

Booker, Ciao
28 June 2000
  • Excerpt: Another dose of Dan, will it be good medicine or bad? well, quite simply, this game is a shot in the arm. Of course you've got a fair measure of "more of the same", but when it's done as well as this, then it's no bad thing. One bright light of originality in this sequel that comes to mind straight away is the business with the hands, very reminiscent of the Thing from the Adams Family, these hands scuttle about the place usually following you and if you stand right next...
  • Pros: Great style, plenty of humour, a decent challenge
  • Cons: None

Un esqueteto en Londres

gloriabg, Ciao
14 May 2003
  • Pros: Es bastante bueno
  • Cons: Muy parecido al 1 juego Medievil

PARA PERDER LA CABEZA

anisotropo, Ciao
18 April 2001
  • Summary: UNO DE LOS JUEGOS MÁS DIVERTIDOS A LOS QUE HE JUGADO, CON MOVIMIENTOS MUY SUAVES DEL PROTAGONISTA, GRAN DIVERSIDAD DE ARMAS, UNA HISTORIA MUY ORIGINAL Y DIVERTIDA Y UNOS ESCENARIOS MUY TRABAJADOS, A VECES SE HACE UN POCO DIFICIL, YA QUE AL NO PODER GRABAR EL JUEGO FRECUNTEMENTE, SÓLO AL ACABAR UNA FASE SI TE MATAN AL FINAL DE UNA TIENES QUE VOLVER A EMPEZAR LO CUAL ES LO PEOR DE TODO, POR LO DEMÁS ES MUY RECOMENDABLE.
  • Pros: MUY ENTRETENIDO
  • Cons: POCAS OPCIONES PARA GUARDAR PARTIDA

Fortesque is back

Zayral, Ciao
3 October 2000
