2 era defining RPG's, one box. Amazing.

Summary: Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger in one package? Just superficially I challenge someone to find a problem with that? Two of the best offerings from Squaresoft packaged into one game for your viewing pleasure. I'm glad I could re-acquire this, along the other Final Fantasy games, and Chrono Cross after having parted with mine as a child. These two games played a pivotal role in keeping Squaresoft alive as a company, and the Playstation 1 the best console out there.
Summary: Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy IV are classics for the rpg genre, there's just one problem. They are expensive as all hell. The cartridges alone will set you back hundreds of dollars and finding them with a box and manual is more like thousands. Assuming you don't have that kind of money lying around this is your best bet. They have all the same features and story but have a few new things added(mainly cut-scenes) to set them apart.
Summary: I already own chrono trigger for the snes, but thats only half the game. Character artwork was done by the man behind Dragon Ball Z, in the snes version this work only appears as the character image, the ps1 version contains the FMV sequences featuring the animated characters. Why did they create these FMVs when the snes could not play them?
Summary: Two of the best classic game final fantasy 4 and chrono trigger...I mostly play chrono trigger cause it was the very once new thing is the new game +.Beat the game and start a new game with all your powerful item it priceless lol...Final Fantasy 4 is a good game I love to summoning all the summoner it petty cool...
Summary: You remember the glory days, right? When you walked up to your ol' gray and purple friend, grabbed a cartridge, blew in it for luck, and stuffed it in. You remember your Super Nintendo. And chances are, you remember one of THE BEST RPGS EVER: Chrono Trigger. The story line was great, the game play was amazing.. Hell, even the artwork was good. (Yeah, you watched Dragonball Z) Thanks to this game, those glory days can be relived on your Playstation.
Summary: an awesome classic rpg, redone w/ added stuff. any final fantasy fan would love this set. final fantasy 4 was release here in the us as f.f 2. and chrono's trigger was the title for the other.
Summary: If you're an RPG fan you'll love these games. If you were not old enough to play these when they came out then give it a try. I love the graphics of the PS3 and I know it's a big deal with some people, but if you're looking for a great game to pass the time until the game your waiting for comes out then here you go.
Summary: As i was growing up, I was always playing my SNES. I remember the first time I played Chrono Trigger, I was amazed at the quality of the game. Squaresoft was able to catch all the feeling of the Snes port to the playstation. The only downside of this game is the loading time, other than that everything is perfect. This is one of the RPG game combos ever.
Summary: Any fan of the Chrono trigger will definitely want to pick up this game for the new in game footage and extras they've loaded into this re-release of this game from SNES. Didn't play Final Fantasy IV. (but it's a decent title. All Final Fantasy fans will want the FF Anthology which has the critically acclaimed FF III released in the US.) But I digress, overall some great titles on this package. To the fans, you wouldn't be disappointed.
