Summary: The name is very deceiving because you would expect a great game to have a Final Fantasy name on it. Although the story line is decent and graphics are pretty good this game does not live up to its name. Having to go through the same levels over and over again just to advance into new parts of the map were annoying to me. I did not play the multiplayer so I dont know if that's any better but having to have that crystal around all the time became a bother.
Summary: I'm not sure what the appeal was to this game to be honest, and why on earth did they mess up a winning formula but this game was not what i expected or was hoping for. I gave it a 3.5 because it does have some really neat concepts behind it and i've always thought RPG/action should use multiplayer features more often then not and this does that, except for the fact that you have spend hundreds of dollars to do so.
Summary: This game has an odd feel about it. The multi-player mode makes you use the Gameboy Advance or SP. But the part that I dis liked most was the name of the game. I could hardly find and parts that had anything to do with traditional Final Fantasy products. I didn't see one Chocabo the whole time that I played it. I feel that this game isn't fit to carry the Final Fantasy name. That doesn't mean that it is a bad game, it just has a misleading title. The gameplay is great.
