Excerpt: The summer days are in full swing, hazy, happy summer music playing in the background as you continue with your daily job as an ant, of collecting food for your colony and of course the protection racket food for the grasshoppers, who would humiliate and destroy you if you didn’t. There are dangers even around the colony you must dodge and destroy spiders, wasps and all manner of other enemy bugs, but you are FLIK, the inventor ant – there must be more to life than this,...
Excerpt: This game is taken from the movie A Bug’s Life. When I got the game I hadn’t seen the film so the little phrases were new to me and I found them quite amusing. In the game you play Flik who has to save the Ant colony from the Grasshoppers and you have to find tough bugs to help defend the Ant colony. There are 16 levels to this game all of which are all so different. In between each level you get a clip of the movie, which is cool. It has phrases also from the movie.
Pros: It's suitable for most ages and has graphics
Excerpt: the second animated movie out of Hollywood's doors come out onto playstation, A Bug's Life came from the same talented minds of the makers of Toy Story. It's about an ant called Flick that gets up to all kinds of trouble as he leaves the anthill to find other bugs to do battle with the evil grasshoppers. Why, it sounds like the perfect movie to turn into a videogame as well! What a surprise....
Excerpt: This was the first ever game that i managed to complete without any cheats or without help from my brothers. The graphics are fantastic and one of the great things about this game is the intro where it shows you how to use the buttons you will need thoughout the game. you are taught to use the controls by a master from everything to jumping and bouncing to skidding and catching.
A Bugs life is one of my kids most favourite games

Excerpt: I usually object to paying full price for Playstation games, but this is an exception. This must indicate to my regular readers that if a tightwad like myself always on the lookout for a freebie, is satisfied enough to pay £30 or so for a game, it must be good. And it is good, despite what another members says (as they are entitled to), it is better than Toy Story 2 at least as far as my two sons are concerned, as well as my older daughters (all 3 of them) and myself for...
Excerpt: As with Tarzan, Disney have once again produced a quality game from one of their cartoons, and my kids loved it, seeing as we brought it home after coming out of the cinema, and it was hard to drag them away from it. Although cartoony, the game is surprisingly complex tactically, as you have to collect seeds which grow into all sorts of things to help you explore the world, like helicopter seeds, bouncy seeds, tall climbing plant seeds.
Pros: Varied levels, great graphics and sound and gameplay
Cons: Too difficult for your kids at first, read the manual
Excerpt: Great for kids in the 7-10 year old bracket. Starts with an intro taking you through all the required techniques and when to use them. All techniques are introduced one at a time and can be practised until comfortable with them. Then it's off to the first level which is relatively easy to complete.
Pros: Good for younger kids, intro to all skills required
Summary: Este juego es de esos que sacan las casas de cine para pagarse un poco el costo de las peliculas, lo que se dice Marchandinsing.
