The second game is great, worth it alone for the price of admission

Summary: Just worth it for the second game. First game, interesting, but honestly don't bother as the second game eclipses it in every way. The first game also feels dated and has mediocre gameplay, voice acting, and story. The second game is great, worth it alone for the price of admission. The graphics are a bit dated but overall it's very playable and enjoyable. The story is done through anime cutscenes which is a nice touch. Game has good length (8-10 hours).
Summary: a nice HD collection. Both games look incredibly good in HD and Frame rate is consistent. only problem is the 2nd runner completely overshadows the 1st game in which was pretty meh clocking in less than a pitiful 5 hours for me to complete, incredibly repetitive mission objectives, basic story with terrible voice actors, and only 3 enemy types. My only positives are the boss battles(although last one kind of sucked) , good overall gameplay, good hd graphics, and versus...
If your into this kind of stuff its a good one to play...

Summary: As a kid I remember playing the first ZOE early in my ps2 gaming days. I somehow missed out on playing ZOE2: The Second Runner all these years and recently was given this as a gift. The first game in the franchise in my opinion hasn't aged well. As a child I suppose giant robots fighting and flying around shooting lasers carried more appeal. As an adult playing through the game was a dull experience. The story is nothing spectacular.
Summary: I love Kojima's work with the Metal Gear Solid series so I wanted to try my hand at his other works and so far I like the mech action in this game. The game feels a lot more linear in terms of storytelling than what I am used to, but it is still amazing regardless.
Summary: There are no complains with the Zone of Enders aspects. They are exactly as the games were on the PS2. The only issues is that it is a little laggy at times otherwise there are other issues I have with the game
Summary: I had them on PS2, and was so happy to see the re-issue on PS3, since Sony decided that every time that you change console, you have to buy the same game again and again (unless they are on PSN, but not all of them are). The first game is quite boring, but the second one is pure bliss...you will enjoy the story and somehow the voice acting (altho I miss the option for a Japanese audio with Eng subs).
