Summary: So yeah, as the title of my review suggests, that's the only reason I really bought this game. Dude in a white longcoat with a machine gun for his right hand killing zombies? Yes. Just yes. Turns out, that you have to play through 2 other characters stories first to get to him though, which I didn't really mind.
Summary: This game is by Sega and to me Sega has always made fun awesome games. Let me start off by saying the positives about Yakuza Dead Souls. First, if you like zombie games like dead rising, dead island, then you will enjoy this game The graphics are nice and the storyline is great and the game is long. You get lots of weapons which are cool. Now for the negatives. When you first put the game game in your PS3 you will have to install it which is long.
Summary: Ive been following the yakuza franchise for a while now and just like the others, this game is very creative and has a cool different open world that we're not usually used to exploring. Sega was always known for their creativity. The gameplay is pretty fun and theres alot of weapons to choose from. Its a good spin-off with zombie killing count combos and a deep storyline.
Summary: alright im just going to tell you straight up the yakuza franchise sucked i mean playstation could have done way better than this xbox can have yakuza until now zombies yakuza now his is a game i can play but it definetly isnt better than dead rising 2 add me at KingGamer5150 on psn if you agree peace
Summary: This game is highly addictive. I'm not much of a yakuza fan but after playing
this I am pretty keen on trying out yakuza 3 & 4. The combat is pretty exciting, easy controls, variety of guns with
opportunity to upgrade, contains four chapters with four playable
characters. Story mode alone takes approximately 12–18 hours dependant on skill.
Sub-stories available that give bonus XP and items, weapons etc.
Yakuza: Dead Souls (PS3): Zombie/ Open World games your thing? Step this way...

Summary: Yakuza: Dead Souls is , at first glance, an odd mash-up of genres - survival horror, gangster, and open-world antics all mesh together to form a strange brew. I was a bit hesitant to play this at first, being a fan of the more traditional Yakuza games (Yakuza 3 and Yakuza 4) and must admit I found it difficult to get going. I found the controls a little tricky, especially auto aiming on multiple targets, but as you progess it starts to come a lot more naturally.
Pros: great value for money, variety of gameplay, humour!
It's good if you're a fan of the series, if not..........maybe give it a miss?

Summary: I'll start by saying I'm a huge fan of this series, and long may it continue, there really is no other game series currently like it. So after recently completing Yakuza 4, I decided to get this mostly out of curiosity. Yes I heard the bad reviews, but come on......it's a Yakuza game, it has to be that bit special. First impression - the bad reviews were a bit unfair. This is not a "bad" game at all.
Summary: The first time I looked at "Dead souls" I thought "This is Yakuza + Left 4 Dead". It has the same spirit as Yakuza series does: talk to people, meet hostesses, collect payments... but it changes when it comes to combat. I'm used to fights while you walk, with anyone on the street who looks for a fight, and mostly with your fists, and now is calm while in the streets, it's you who is looking for fights (when you enter missions or enter the infected area) and you mostly...
Summary: Hi, my first impression of the game was 'dull'...However I gave it a second chance....and then realised you have to get further into the game for the story...and the game to develope...as I said, give the game a chance..I am sure you won't be dissapointed.
Summary: I started playing yakuza with number 3, after finishing number 4 I saw this was coming out and assumed it was just going to be a short DLC. Was I suprised when I found out it was a full length yakuza game involving zombies. I'm a huge fan of zombie films, comics and games so when this came out I was really excited. It's different from previous yakuza games in that it invovles gunplay rather than fist fighting.
