Summary: This game presented an interesting concept, but lacked the storyline to back up the ambitions of the concept. Combat also became very repetitive and boring. If you can grab the game for 10 bucks and have an afternoon to kill, go for it. It's mildly entertaining for the first 6-8 hours of play.
Summary: What was the point of this? Completed in a day, my husband didn't know about the power tree, didn't ever upgrade his powers and didn't use any key strokes to use any powers. I played, used the powers, boring. Our son played for a few days then never played again. This was the ONLY game I've ever paid full price for and now I know why I never will again.
Summary: I expected so more with this game that I am kind of dissapointed with it. This is the kind of game you may want to rent before buying it. The graphics are not good, the powers of the characters are kind of lame. And no matter who you decide to play with or what side you decide to choose.... at the end you have the same results.
Summary: Apparently it is very difficult to make a good X-Men game. As per usual, this one rates as one of the most boring games I've played. They tried to put in a plot, but it's so transparent... you get three choices of characters, three choices of powers, and put it all together makes one of the most transparent plot-hole-filled games I've ever seen. The power usage is pretty cool, but it's no different than so many others... and I'm not at all impressed with it.
Summary: So I was super excited for this game when I first heard about it, create your own mutant, choose your own powers, multiple storylines. Got it as an early Christmas present, played through one characters storyline, thought it'd be different, better, if I played through a different one. No. Exactly the same except for the character specific cutscenes. Just not okay. Plus power evolution is only by cutscene.
Summary: this game is unacceptable for any xmen fans. U make a game that u put just three unknown people and give them limited customization. When this game came out u were probably thinking u probably get to make your own xman with a wide variety of super powers to choose from but that was not the case. If u are bored and need a game to play make sure u dont pick this up u will be highly dissapointed.
Summary: when will Game makers make a superhuman or mutant game where you are able to create your own superhero and have the ablity to have a great story line and graphics are so cool that it makes your feel like your watching a movie of the great stan lee.....
Summary: I thought this game was going to be far better than what it actually was. I think they could have made a huge improvement all around. I hated how short the game was and how linear it was as well. The faction type and choices made little difference and once you beat it you could just go back and make the opposite choice and it still didn't change much.
